Summary[]
When Whitley's ex-boyfriend Julian Day (Dominic Hoffman) arrives for a visit, she is hounded by the news that he is engaged to another girl, Shelby Walters who doesn't seem that much different from herself.
To ease her jealousy over Julian and Shelby's engagement, Whitley sees therapist (Debbie Allen) and works through her frustrations. She learns the infamous "relax, relate, release" technique.
