About Freddie[edit | edit source]
Freddie was a student activist throughout her undergraduate career. She had unrequited feelings for Dwayne Wayne, dated Ernest Bennett and dated Garth Parks (who almost sexually assaulted her). During Freddie's junior and senior years at Hillman, she became roommates with Kimberly Reese. She later entered a serious relationship with Shazza Zulu.
Freddie graduated from Hillman in 1992 and enrolled in Hillman Law School. She was also the co-dorm director of Height Hall. She cheated on Shazza with Ron Johnson and they ended their relationship on Thanksgiving Day 1992. She later ended up in a relationship with Ron. By the end of the series, she earned her law review membership and completed her first year of law school.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Freddie is spiritual, energetic, and compassionate. a sort of "free spirit", presumably like her mother, who was deeply into the hippie culture in the 1960s, Freddie is never afraid it try new things and expand her abilities.
Also presumably inheriting it from her mom, who was very politically active in the 1960s and 1970s, Freddie also is highly politically conscious and often engages in environmental, community, and charitable activities. Though having this didn't stop her from believing her pen-pal from prison, Jamal was dangerous though it turns out he was really a journalist researching the perception of convicts from prison.
